I notice that people are browsing, so why not contribute? it's a great site but a tad boring if there are no recent posts. please get cracking let's have more memories.

Hi everyone I too stumbled upon this site when i was looking for info on Groppies milk bar that was located the other side of Childwall fiveways! I lived in the prefabs on Whinhurst rd and around 1957 moved to Cockshead rd,I went to Joseph Williams CP and Gateacre Comp in 57/58,Pity the site is a tad quiet! I have had a brief look and know quite a few of the names on here! My name is Alan Smyth and it would be interesting to know if anybody remembers me! I knew Giselle many years later when i used to take my sons to Gorsey Cop (Chez Phillipe) to get conkers from the same tree i used to get them as a young lad! Ah great memories...regards Al
